TeamFIT BOOT CAMP 60 min. Work with a Certified Trainer in a Small Group Setting on a 4-week program to REACH YOUR FITNESS GOALS...weight loss, muscle tone, stability, strength & endurance. Disciplined Athletic Workouts for all levels. Poles may be used as a safe option for all levels from obese/inactive - lean/active. Sessions are held at 5:30am Monday, Wednesday, Friday. You can attend 2 or 3 days per week.
