Pilates Privates

We have a fully equipped Pilates Reformer and Full Cadillac at the studio for private lessons and mixed mat and reformer duets from Professionally Certified Pilates Instructors. Group Pilates Reformer Classes (4-6 people) available at Satellite Studio on Northwestern Hwy. and 12 Mile in Southfield.

This Pilates MAT based class is a total CORE workout which may use stability balls, medicine balls, and/or pilates balls. Improve CORE strength and balance along with toning and strengthening the entire body through Pilates Matwork and Core-focused exercises.

1st time clients (Beginners) package
We offer an INTRO Private lesson Package of 5 privates (Personal Training, Pilates, Pole)= $199. Call 248-246-2222 to discuss packages options beyond the INTRO Package.
